The 36-credit-hour master of education (M.Ed.) in management of technical education degree is ideal for adult learners and full-time employees invested in leading units responsible for training and development, including personnel in junior colleges, businesses, the military, civil services, and other training sites.
Program scheduling can accommodate the needs of working professionals while enhancing instructional and managerial competencies through various courses such as curriculum design and delivery, instructional improvement, human performance technology, class organization, management, teaching/learning styles, diversity, understanding organizations, and program evaluation.
Students must pass both the exit written and oral examinations prior to receiving their degrees.
