The shortage of well-prepared nurse leaders in Texas has made the master of science in nursing leadership and administration degree an exceptional program for bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurses who want to advance their nursing roles. Offered as a part-time program to provide a work-school-life balance, students will learn how to effectively translate innovative practice models and expertly direct the delivery of healthcare across organizational models.
