Contracting

All cadets must be contracted prior to starting the Advanced Course or must contract no later than the end of the fall semester of the MS 3 class. Requirements follow:

1. Be a single US citizen without dependents or, if married, have no more than three dependents without waiver.

2. Be at least age 17 and must be able to commission by age 30 (without waiver).

3. Complete a degree plan on USACC Form 104-R and have it approved by the PMS.

4. Be enrolled in the MS 2 class with MS 1 credit or the MS 3 class with Basic Course credit unless on a 4-year scholarship.

5. Have at least a cumulative 2.0 GPA.

6. Complete a DoDMERB physical and meet medical qualification standards.

7. Pass the Army Combat Fitness Test, and meet Army standards for height/weight or body composition.

8. Agree to work toward and accept a commission and serve in the Army (Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard) for a minimum of 8 years.
