The History Department takes pride in its students, faculty, and alumni and are eager for the opportunity to showcase and celebrate your events and accomplishments. Submit your announcement below. Submissions may be edited.
Image Guidelines
- Images must be in an image format (jpg, png, tiff, etc.).
- PDF document cannot be used for image posting and must be converted to images files (jpg) prior to submission
- For all social media promotion, the images must be in square format
Department Calendar Guidelines
- Postings require a high-resolution headshot of the presenter(s) or another applicable image.
- Images must be free of text to comply with federal ADA guidelines. Any images that include text will disqualify the posting for use on department and university event calendars.
- Postings must include full event title, description, contact person, event location, start/end time, and event sponsor
- Postings must be Texas State events
Digital Sign Guidelines
- Postings require a high resolution (1920x1080 / 16:9, landscape) image
- Postings must feature legible text, clear images, and follow Texas State branding guidelines
