Welcome to TXST! We are very excited that you have come to our page, whether it’s to explore coming to join us here in San Marcos, to get supported as a current student, to explore your options abroad, or to partner with us. Our Office of International Affairs is here to help you. International Affairs directs and supports the activity of four constituent units: Education Abroad, International Recruitment and Partnerships, International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), and Texas State’s Intensive English Program (TSIE).

Misson

Our mission is simple: to create Bobcats around the world. As the Office of International Affairs for TXST, we coordinate letting Bobcats explore the world and bringing the world to our Bobcat community.

Vision

The Office of International Affairs will seek to expand the global footprint of the university by increasing TXST's global visibility and reach along with embracing a safe, welcoming environment. We are committed to supporting global learning opportunities for students, faculty, and staff within the realm of academic, cultural, and social growth.
