Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga session led by Gebhard Ebert, a teacher in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition of K. Patabhi Jois.
This session will introduce yogic breathing and meditation along with yoga postures (asanas).
Wear comfortable clothing that permits movement.
A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use; please bring your own mat if you are able.
Registration is required and may be completed online or on-site immediately prior to the event.

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga session led by Pam Johnson, a Breath Coach and Yoga Educator in the Nath Tradition of Krishnamacharya’s Vinyasakrama Yoga as handed down directly by Srivatsa Ramaswami.
This session will introduce yogic breathing and meditation along with yoga postures (asanas).
Wear comfortable clothing that permits movement.
A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use; please bring your own mat if you are able.
