Biography & Education

Lucy Reasons is the Graduate Assistant for Supplemental Instruction at Texas State University’s Student Learning Assistance Center. Lucy earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Biochemistry and Secondary Education, Summa Cum Laude, from Texas State University in 2023. She is currently pursuing her M.Ed. degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Texas State University.

As the Graduate Assistant for SI, she assists with recruiting, hiring, and training new SI leaders and supervises a team of student employees. Prior to joining the SLAC professional staff team as a GA in 2023, Lucy worked for SLAC as an SI Leader, Team Leader for Supplemental Instruction, and Senior Leader for Supplemental Instruction.”
