Survey Need

From time to time, it becomes necessary for us to conduct a follow-up survey of our graduates. The information gathered through this survey is used for a variety of purposes, including accreditation and program evaluation. If you are a recent graduate, this may be your first time to participate. If you graduated some time ago, you may have responded to earlier versions of this instrument. If that is the case, please take a few minutes to respond again, as it is important to the department to track our alumni, and your personal information may have changed since you last responded.

The addresses and phone numbers you provide will only be used for internal departmental purposes, and will not be shared with outside entities. We may contact you occasionally to inform you of upcoming departmental events, or to request a subsequent response to this survey. Any other information you may choose to provide will be held in strict confidence, and will only be used in the aggregate, for the purpose of calculating such statistics as median salary, etc.

If you would be so kind, please take a few minutes to complete this survey instrument, in order that we might be better able to update our database, and develop important information about our graduates that can be used for purposes of program assessment.
