Industry in Action

The Patron's Board Foundation was created to provide financial support, facilitate industry involvement with students in the form of guest speakers and project/plant tours, and to support the career endeavors of student interns and graduates of the TXST CIM Program.

Patron's Foundation Leadership

The Texas State CIM Patron's Foundation is comprised of a wide array of companies within the construction and concrete industry who see the value in supporting students, faculty and graduates of the program. The board is led by an executive committee who are elected by the members of the foundation.

Chairman

Griffin Taylor, Holcim

Griffin Taylor, Chairman of the Board, is a Territory Sales Manager for Holcim in the Houston, Texas area where he is responsible for developing and managing bulk and packaged cement accounts.  Griffin attended Texas State University where he earned a Concrete Industry Management (CIM) degree.  After college, Griffin accepted a position as Project Manager for Tricon Precast. Prior to joining Holcim, Griffin held a various positions for Rollcon, LLC, including Business Development Manager, Procurement and Logistics Manager and Safety Director.

Andrew Mouser, TAS Commercial Concrete Construction

Andrew Mouser is a Project Manager for TAS Commercial Concrete Construction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His focus is on structural work where he is accountable for multiple projects’ financials, schedules, and quality. Andrew graduated from Texas State University where he earned a Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Degree in 2014. Prior to TAS, Andrew worked for Balfour Beatty Construction in their Large Projects Division.

Hunter Robb, Ash Grove Cement

Hunter Robb is a Cement Sales Representative with Ash Grove Cement. Hunter graduated from Texas State University where he earned a Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Degree in 2017. As a sales representative, Hunter has a birds-eye view of the concrete industry in Texas. Hunter is involved with a variety of customers, ranging from ready-mix concrete work to lightweight roofing projects.

Outside of his job responsibilities, Hunter serves on the CIM Patron’s Board as the Secretary/Treasurer, and is involved in the Emerging Leaders Program with the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association (TACA).
