The Patron's Board Foundation was created to provide financial support, facilitate industry involvement with students in the form of guest speakers and project/plant tours, and to support the career endeavors of student interns and graduates of the TXST CIM Program.

Patron's Foundation Leadership
The Texas State CIM Patron's Foundation is comprised of a wide array of companies within the construction and concrete industry who see the value in supporting students, faculty and graduates of the program. The board is led by an executive committee who are elected by the members of the foundation.
Chairman

Rob Van Til, Chairman of the Board for the Texas State University CIM Patrons Board Foundation, serves as Executive Vice President for the Central Region of Knife River Corporation (NYSE: KNF), which includes aggregate, asphalt, ready-mix concrete and contracting services operations in the Bryan/College Station and Waco markets in Texas, as well as the Honey Creek quarry, northwest of Austin, Texas.
Van Til, a Texas native, brings to the TXST CIM Patrons Board Foundation a wealth of experience in the construction materials industry, including senior leadership positions at multiple national materials suppliers. Van Til also was a founder and managing partner of Houston-area River Aggregates, LLC, from 2010-2020. He has a master of business administration degree from Texas A&M University and is active in the Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association and the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association.
Vice Chairman

Stephen Wild serves as Vice Chairman of the Texas State University CIM Patrons Board Foundation. Wild is Vice President and General Manager of Heidelberg Materials North America ready mix operations in the Houston, TX market. He brings a wealth of experience having served in previous roles within the concrete and aggregates industries at CEMEX and Rinker Materials.
Secretary/Treasurer

Hunter Robb is a Cement Sales Representative with Ash Grove Cement (A CRH Company). Hunter graduated from Texas State University where he earned a Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Degree in 2017. As a sales representative, Hunter has a birds-eye view of the concrete industry in Texas. Hunter is involved with a variety of customers, ranging from ready-mix concrete work to lightweight roofing projects.
Outside of his job responsibilities, Hunter serves on the CIM Patron’s Board as the Secretary/Treasurer, and is involved in the Emerging Leaders Program with the Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association (TACA).
