Faculty Exams

TEMC offers test scanning and scoring services to all faculty at Texas State University. Multiple choice exams taken on Texas State scan forms can be dropped off at the TEMC window in Commons Hall, Ground Floor, room G4. Instructors must use the standard Texas State scan forms for their exams.
The Faculty Exam Request Form must be completed and submitted with all exams to be scanned.

All forms including key sheets can be purchased from the University Bookstore. Additionally, the pink key sheets that are used with form ED-99 (the green, 8 ½" X 11" answer sheets with 150 items having five response options) can be ordered directly from TEMC in reams of 500 key sheets for $37.50, or a box of five reams for $187.50. To place an order, please contact Testing Center with the quantity you would like to purchase. In addition, please send your account numbers and we will prepare an E-IDT.
