Student Involvement & Engagement will host a day for registered student organizations to decorate their boards on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Display of Boards
Boards will be displayed on the San Marcos campus in the LBJ Mall and Quad during Homecoming Week.
Announcement of Winners
Winners will be announced on Saturday, November 16 at the TXST Homecoming Football Game.

General Information:
Homecoming Spirit Boards must be done on the 4’ x 4’ plywood sheet (A-frame style) provided by the Office of Student Involvement & Engagement and Housing & Residential Life.
- Blank boards are “first-come, first-serve.”
- There is a limited number of arts and craft supplies.
- We encourage you to bring your own arts and craft supplies.
Each group's name must be visible for judging.
No foul language or explicit imagery can be used on displays. Inappropriate language or imagery is cause for disqualification and may be reported to the appropriate office.
Absolutely NO GLITTER OR GLITTER GLUE, SEQUINS, OR CONFETTI.
Criteria for Judging
Boards will be judged on the following four criteria:
- Incorporation of the Homecoming Logo
- School Spirit (encouragement of TXST athletic teams, use of traditions, etc.)
- Recognition of the organization/department who created the board (their success, characteristics, traditions, etc.).
- Overall creativity and attention to detail.
