2019-HSMC Student Research Published in Cancer Informatics

Students attending the Honor Summer Math Camp at Texas State University will have their work published in the September 2019 Cancer Informatics journal.  L. Sun, S. Namboodiri, and E. Chen were mentored by Dr. Shuying Sun, Associate Professor at Texas State University.  The article topic is Preliminary Analysis of Within-sample Co-methylation Patterns in Normal and Cancerous Breast Samples.
