Math Explorations samples

Math Explorations is a series of three textbooks that cover the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for 6^th grade, 7^th grade, 8^th grade, and Algebra I. The textbooks integrate research from the laboratory of our summer math programs that have been held for more than 26 years.

With this curriculum, young students are engaged in using algebraic ideas, and these ideas are built upon throughout their middle school years.  Math Explorations weaves algebra and algebraic ideas with hands-on, inquiry-based explorations for students working independently and in groups.
