This is the application form for the 2025 JSMC Residential Program from June 1 -13, 2025. This program is designed for 6th-8th grade students. The deadline to apply to camp is April 15. We have rolling admission and our program often fills up before the application deadline.

Program cost is $2,000. This tuition covers room and board, supplies, and field trips). Mathworks offers need-based scholarships thanks to donations from foundations, corporations and alumni. To be considered for a scholarship, please complete the Financial Aid section and submit your application prior to March 15.
