Physics graduate students of F17 PHYS5324 “Thin Film Lab” class have fabricated a set nanoplasmonic structures (Gold on ITO/Glass) using e-beam nanolithography lift-off technique. TXST Bobcat logo was used to demonstrate the versatility and high resolution of this technique. The project was carried at Analysis Research Service Center using FEI Helios NanoLab 400 DualBeam Scanning Probe Microscope.
