Confirmation

Your form was received.

You will automatically receive an electronic copy of the nomination form that you have submitted at the Texas State email address that you have provided.

The email you receive will serve as your confirmation receipt.

If you did not receive an email confirmation:

• Please check your email inbox (including SPAM or JUNK folder).
• Automatic emails will not reach their destination if your email was misspelled.
• If you have any questions or have not received an electronic copy of your application, then contact VATS at veteransalliance@txstate.edu. 
• VATS will reply with a copy of your form that we received in the VATS email Inbox.
