The STUDY is only hiring tutors for the Fall 2025 semester for the following subjects:
Functional Biology - BIO 1330
Organismal Biology - BIO 1331
General Chemistry I - CHEM 1341
General Chemistry II - CHEM 1342
Business Statistics - ANLY 2333
Mechanics - PHYS 2325
Electricity & Magnetism - PHYS 2326

We are not accepting applications for Lab Assistants or any other subjects.

The STUDY Tutor

The STUDY Tutors work on a peer-to-peer basis to help students understand course content and develop effective study strategies

Job Overview: You must 
- Have completed at least 24 hours of college coursework
- Be an undergraduate student
- Be available to work  8-20 hours per week
- Have taken the course at TXST and earned an ‘A’ in the course(s) you are applying to tutor
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA 
- Be ethical, responsible, and enjoy helping others

SLAC Lab Assistant
(No longer hiring for Fall 2025)

SLAC Lab Assistants manage the flow of student traffic in The STUDY and refer students to outside resources when needed.

Job Overview:
- Work 8-20 hours per week
- Have a minimum 2.6 overall GPA
