Predeparture Orientation

Wow! what a great three days in Washington DC. There were presentations by folks from the United States Department of State, the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, The Fulbright Program, the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES), the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Institute of International Education, and of course Fulbright Alumni.
