Welcome to Texas State University's HUB Program

The Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program is a mandated program that was created to promote equal procurement and contracting opportunities throughout the state of Texas.

In accordance with Texas Government Code §2161, Texas State University is committed to the highest ethical standards in providing equal opportunities to businesses. The university is determined to increase HUB participation in the procurement of all goods and services, including construction. Texas State’s HUB Outreach Program is a department of Financial Services and reports to the Director of Procurement.
