Doing their part…
It's been unseasonably cold and rainy, up here in the north of Vietnam. Mostly it hovers around 45F/7C and 69F/20C and it's cloudy all day with drizzle or light rain. "They" say it's a testament to global warming.
As noted below, everybody tries to stay warm.
