Counseling Services
Community Counseling and Wellness Center (CCWC)
The Professional Counseling Program at Texas State University strives to meet the mental health needs of the community by offering counseling services to community members through the Community Counseling and Wellness Center (CCWC) at two locations: the San Marcos campus and the Round Rock campus.
Each teaching and training clinic is fully equipped to provide supervised clinical experience for advanced master’s degree-seeking counseling students and vital, affordable mental health services to the community. All graduate counseling students are supervised by professors in the Professional Counseling Program, which is housed within the Department of Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education and School Psychology.
Counseling services are available for individual adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families when graduate clinical classes are in session during the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
