Graduate Minor in Adult, Professional and Community Education

The Minor in Adult Education consists of 9 credit hours taken in conjunction with an approved Texas State University graduate major. The minor provides a flexible curriculum for individuals with careers in settings such as junior/community colleges, vocational/technical schools, universities, and private industry and for whom some of their job responsibilities include teaching or planning educational programs for adults. All minors are required to take ADED 5321, Adult Learning and Development. Remaining credits are by advisement.
