Biography

Her research focused on systems of learning in education and work organizations; equity and inclusion; gender; academic capacity in universities in poorer countries; and action inquiry in research and evaluation. 

She also researched the intersection between intentional personal development and continuing professional development and community-based organizations in Mexico.
