Professional Counseling Class Registration Override

Students requesting an override for a restriction or error in registration for certain classes must complete the following form.

If you are submitting overrides for CAMPUS override - please ONLY submit if the course is not at your designated campus. To find out your designated campus visit CatsWeb, under Student > Registration > Registration Status   

Please submit ONE form for EACH SEMESTER with all required course overrides. 

(e.g., A01234567) - If your Student ID is not correct, this will delay your override request.

You'll enter info for EACH course: course name, course number, & override type.

Select all the expected or indicated overrides for each course
To register for a class that requires instructor approval
To register for a class at another campus than your designated one- you may find your designated campus on your degree plan or your time ticket on CatsWeb. Example: your designated campus is San Marcos, and you wish to take a course at the Round Rock campus, you will need an override to register, if the class location matches your designated campus you will not need an override to register
To register for a class that requires pre-req(s) please attach your degree plan for faster processing and list the pre-req(s) completed in the box below
